With a Callagenix 0872 number there are no incoming call charges and you can earn a minimum of 2 pence per minute on every phone call. When your customer phones your 0872 number they are charged 8ppm if calling from a BT landline and using our free standard routing service their call is automatically (and instantly) redirected to your UK landline free of charge. All the time you are earning a minimum of 2ppm on every call. You can change the UK landline the 0872 number diverts to using your free on line Callagenix account. Any changes are immediate and can be done as often as you like free of charge. In addition, your call data including any revenues are calculated and are also provided free of charge.
If you would like your 0872 number to do more than divert to a UK landline, for example, route to mobiles, internationally, or use an ACD, Virtual switchboard, Support lines, Answerphone, Information line etc, you can do this and much more using our intelligent routing services .
0872 call revenues generated using a standard service is paid monthly in arrears. 0872 call revenues generated using any of the intelligent routing services are automatically added to your Callagenix account balance. Surplus revenues can also be paid monthly in arrears.

0872 Rate 8ppm numbers have a fixed cost to your customers of 8.5 pence per minute plus VAT, regardless of the time the call is placed. You receive a share of this for each call you receive.
The 0872 Rate 8ppm number is cheaper for your customers than a premium rate number, but still enables you to increase your revenue. They are most commonly used for recorded information lines, but can be combined with any of our virtual switchboard services depending on your specific business requirements.
